How it Works

Register with Lunch Orders

First things first, you’ll need to set up an account!

Go to to register with Lunch Orders and start ordering your lunches! 

Log In / Reset Password

Once set up, you can log in by entering your username and password on the top right hand side of any page.

If you are unable to log in or have forgotten your password, use the link provided to reset your password.

Add a Child

To add a child go to Dashboard > Add New Child > then enter your child’s details and select school > Save Details 


Edit Child Information

You can easily edit your child’s information, such as the school they attend or room number by going to Dashboard > Edit (Blue Button, located at the left hand side of child’s name) > Select the school from the drop down menu > Send (to save changes). 

Wallet Top-Up

Lunch Orders works like a ‘wallet’. You will need to put money into your account and ensure that you have sufficient funds before ordering.

To add funds to your wallet, go to your Dashboard > Top Up My Wallet > Enter Amount > Checkout.  



Once you have set up your account and have added sufficient funds, you can now order school lunches per child. This can be done by going to Dashboard > Place an Order (to the corresponding child) > Select Main Meal > Add to Cart > Choose from Check out or Continue Shopping.  

Checkout: If you wish to checkout, ensure that you have the correct day of delivery for your order to process through to your desired date.  

Continue Shopping for Add-Ons: If you wish to continue shopping, click anywhere on the screen to load the next page of Add-Ons. Add anything else you would like to order and proceed to checkout. 
Please Note: We aim to provide our hungry learners with a full meal for the day and thus, have provided a main menu (9x) to order from, and some sides/add-ons(20x) to be added with that order. Please ensure you have sufficient funds for both Main Meal and Add-on/s to process your ordersYou can top up on the following link

Edit Order / Cancel Order

If your order has been processed through and you have an Order Number, you will not be able to edit your order. You can only edit an order before proceeding to checkout.  

If you would like to cancel an order, please request a refund by going to your Dashboard > Orders > Request a Refund. 

Cancellations & Refunds must be requested before 8.30am of the order’s delivery date. 


Transaction History

You can view your past transactions by going to your Dashboard My Wallet. This will show you a list of all orders and top-ups you have done on your account.

Please note: Each order, once processed, sends an email confirmation and lists out the items you have ordered (eg. wallet top-up / classic cheeseburger and wedges) and the delivery date.
